Our business is based in Pensacola, Florida. On this website local bead artists will have the opportunity to display and sale their beadwork. I hope you enjoy the varied taste of each artist's beadwork.
As far back as I can remember I have loved jewelry. My Grandma had the largest jewelry collection I have ever seen. I would go into her dressing room and dress up in her jewelry. Later, I started beading at the age of thirteen. I made necklaces to pay for my Modern Dance lessons. So here I am, starting a business for my disabled Mother and myself.

NO MINIMUM ORDER (Free Shipping Included)
Most businesses have a minimum, we do not. So go ahead and place whatever size order you need.
RESERVED & CUSTOM ITEMS:
Please note: We make every effort to have all items in stock at all times. However, one of a kind items can not be reserved. Please allow up to 8 weeks for deliver on items not in stock at the time of your order. If an item is not in stock when you order, we offer you the option of requesting us to reserve those items for you. All reserved items are shipped by first class mail. When you pay by check and you indicate on the order form that you wish to reserve out of stock items, we will retain the exact amount to cover the items reserved. When you pay by credit card and wish to reserve items, we will charge your credit card only when we ship the item. Should you wish to cancel reserved items or return merchandise, we will issue a refund via whichever pay method you originally used. We are unable to add additional items to the order containing your reserved items.
REPAIRS:
We can repair your item for an estimated cost* plus postage of $6.88.

We are a 100% direct mail company and have no sales showroom.

Returning Merchandise:
We are happy to accept returns and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. (No returns on special orders). Just fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state. If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, please add $6.88 to cover postage. Velas Buttons and Beads is not responsible for postage on returned items.
LOST OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: All items are insured. We will send a tracking number for your convenience.
